Hereinafter, “KOKOGIANNNAKIS NIKOLAOS KAI SIA E.E.” will be referred to for brevity as “the Company”

The Company’s purpose is to provide the best possible service to our customers. This online store (e-shop) allows our customers and all Internet users to be promptly informed about the products offered by the Company, as well as to make their purchases electronically.

Before accessing the Website and using its Services or making purchases in our Online Store, you are invited to review the Terms and Conditions and ensure that you agree with them. 1. Basic Requirement for Placing an Order
In order to place your order, you must first check whether the country and/or the postal code of the area to which the products you wish to purchase will be shipped is currently serviced by our Company.

  Check the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart by clicking on the “SHOPPING CART” link/icon. You can use the remove/delete button to remove products from your cart before completing your order.

The registration process and opening of your Account on thehornyunicorn.gr is quick and simple: either via Facebook or by providing your email and a password. Registration and participation as a Member is free, personal, non-transferable, and cannot be assigned. You are responsible for the information you provide, and thehornyunicorn.gr relies exclusively on your statements regarding your personal information.The personal information you provide when registering as a Member is processed by our Company exclusively for the purpose of creating your Account on thehornyunicorn.gr, to serve you regarding the purchase and delivery of the Products you buy from our Online Store, and additionally for sending you our newsletters and other advertising or promotional updates. To complete your order, you are required to provide certain important information necessary for processing your order. This information includes: first name, last name, email, phone number, postal address (street, number, city, postal code, country), as well as your card details if you choose to pay by credit card or Box Now.

Your orders can be placed at any time of the day, on a daily basis, without exceptions.

By completing your details as described above and clicking the “Complete Order” button, you will see the total of your order with all its details, including payment and shipping information. If you agree, there is one final step to submit your order: clicking the field to accept these Terms of Use and Purchase and the Privacy Policy. Once you have accepted the Company’s terms and policies, click the “COMPLETE ORDER” button, at which point your order will be finalized and submitted to our company.

You are obliged to provide your complete and truthful information when submitting your order. By completing your order submission, you declare that you are the legal/authorized user of the credit or debit card you provide and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the value of the Products you are purchasing. Our Company may (without being obligated to) verify the payment information you provide when you choose card credit or third-party online payment providers as your payment method, in order to secure our financial transactions. In the event that any discrepancy, error, or any other existing or potential issue is detected, the Company may, at its sole discretion, reject your order.

Once the payment for your order has been successfully completed, the system of thehornyunicorn.gr will automatically send a message to the email account you provided during the order submission stage. This message will notify you that we have received your order, list the Products you have ordered, include all the terms of your order, and provide your order number.

Once the order stage has been completed as described above, thehornyunicorn.gr will then examine whether the order can be fulfilled as is and whether there is any reason for its rejection according to the provisions herein. If it is determined that the order can be fully processed, the shipment of your Products is arranged with the courier company we cooperate with or another partner company. At that point, we will send a message to the email account you provided during the order submission stage, notifying you of the shipment/consignment number or BOX NOW reference. With this number, you can track the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery address you specified for that order.

The delivery time and cost depend on various factors, such as, but not limited to, the delivery location, the quantity of Products, etc.

In the event that, upon receiving your order, we identify a sudden shortage of any of the Products you have ordered, an unexpected delay in delivery, temporary unavailability, or any other issue that makes your order partially acceptable and executable on our part (e.g., (a) a Product has been delayed in shipment from our supplier due to, for example, transportation issues, force majeure, etc., resulting in it not being available in our warehouse at the expected time, (b) a force majeure event occurs, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond our control that may affect the transport and delivery of your order, (c) there is insufficient stock), we will contact you immediately at the contact details you provided during the order submission in order to agree with you on any modification, correction, and/or cancellation of your order.We hope to get in touch with you; however, if this is not possible within two (2) days from the date your order was completed, we will send you an email with the portion of the order that thehornyunicorn.gr can fulfill. The remaining part of your order that cannot be executed by us will be canceled. Therefore, based on the above, the new email we send you will constitute the acknowledgment of your order, and our Company will be obliged to fulfill it. In the event that you have paid for the portion of the order that has been canceled, our Company will refund the amount corresponding to the canceled Products as soon as possible via the same payment method used.

Important Legal Clarification: The sending of an order confirmation by us, as described above, even though it includes the voucher number your order will receive from the courier company, does not constitute acceptance of your order by us; it merely confirms and notifies you that we have received it. The order you submit to thehornyunicorn.gr constitutes an offer from you to our Company to purchase the Products listed in it. In order for a sales contract to be concluded between us, we must also correspondingly accept your order as submitted.Such acceptance by us occurs when we send you the message (email) confirming the shipment of your order as submitted. It is clarified that if the shipment confirmation message does not include certain Products that were part of your order, those Products do not form part of the sales contract between us, and if they have been paid for, we will refund the corresponding amount as soon as possible. You also acknowledge and accept that our Company owes you no compensation in this case. However, the Contract is executed only once the Products are paid for, that is, as soon as your card is credited.

The duration of the sales contract between us is defined from the date we send you the email confirming the execution of your order with the shipment number, until the last day on which you have the right to cancel the order, withdraw, or return the product, in accordance with the provisions stated herein and the law.

Order Cancellation
1. Order Cancellation by User

In addition to other cases mentioned herein, you may cancel your order in the following situations:

Before submitting your order, you can technically remove the quantities of Products you do not wish to purchase from your cart by clicking the “X” button, which activates the removal of the corresponding Products.

After the acknowledgment of receipt of your order but before its acceptance is confirmed with the shipment notification of the Products, and within a period of two (2) hours, you may cancel your order by sending an email to the provided address or by contacting us by phone at 2821600499 on all days (except Sundays). The email is considered received by us for the purposes herein on the next business day following its sending. We can cancel your order as described above only if your message is received before the shipment confirmation of your Products is sent to you.

Furthermore, in the event that thehornyunicorn.gr modifies your order in accordance with the provisions herein, you have the option to cancel the entire order or the portion of it that cannot be fulfilled by us.

Order Cancellation by thehornyunicorn.gr:
In addition to other cases mentioned herein, thehornyunicorn.gr may cancel your order and/or the Sales Contract at any stage in the following cases:

Due to a technical error, the Product you ordered is not available and the system has not yet been updated, or/and it is no longer possible for our Company to procure it for any reason or cause.

Due to a technical error, the price listed for the Product or its description is incorrect.

At our sole discretion, we consider that you are involved in unfair practices when placing the order, or when you do not make proper use of the thehornyunicorn.gr ordering system.
Non-receipt of the Products in accordance with the terms herein.
The execution of the order violates laws, rules, and regulations.
In cases of force majeure.

If the Product of the canceled order has been paid for, thehornyunicorn.gr will refund the money without undue delay.

Prices
Listed Price

Although thehornyunicorn.gr takes all appropriate technical and practical measures to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the prices listed for the Products in our online store, there is still a possibility that, due to a technical error, an incorrect price may appear for one or more Products included in your order. Upon receiving your order and before we process the payment, we will verify the prices of the ordered Products. In the event that an error is found in the price of a Product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and, in any case, before shipment. It is at your discretion to proceed with the order at the correct prices, modify it taking the correct prices into account, or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled.
The prices listed for all our Products are in Euros, include VAT, and are considered final.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Delivery Location
The Products are delivered to the address provided during the order, within the territory of Greece.

Delivery Method and Time
The shipping time of the Products you have ordered depends on various factors, as delays may occur for reasons beyond our control. The Products are shipped exclusively through the courier company we cooperate with for deliveries within the territory of Greece.

For deliveries within the territory of Greece:
Products are delivered to mainland destinations within 2–5 business days, and to islands and hard-to-reach areas within 2–7 business days.

However, please note that the cost varies depending on the type of shipment as described above.

The above timeframes do not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions, strikes, or in any case of force majeure that may affect transport and delivery times. In such cases, thehornyunicorn.gr cooperates with specific courier and shipping companies.

Liability upon Delivery
Please be informed that our Company remains solely responsible for any damage or loss of your Products until you (or third parties authorized by you) take physical possession of the Products.

If on the scheduled delivery date you are not at the provided address to receive the Products, our courier company will make two (2) additional attempts on the following business days to deliver your order. If the delivery ultimately fails, your order will be automatically returned to us and recorded as a Refusal. It is explicitly agreed, as an exception to the general rule of our liability, that you will bear the responsibility for any loss or damage to the Products, and the Products will be stored in accordance with the courier’s terms and at your own expense.

SHIPPING COSTS
For deliveries within Greece, the shipping cost is €4.80 final; for orders over €50, shipping is free.

For deliveries to islands and hard-to-reach areas, the charge depends on the destination and the delivery method.

• Payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Product Prices
All prices displayed in our catalogs include 24% VAT. These prices apply to the quantities available in our warehouse, while the Company reserves the right to adjust the prices.

2) Product Returns

Customer satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, we have ensured that purchases through our online store are as clear as possible, by providing:

• Authentic and clear product photos.
• Detailed descriptions and specifications.
• Display of the manufacturer’s brand.
• Availability of only genuine, branded products.

All products are inspected for visible defects before shipment. Responsibility for any defects after use lies solely with the manufacturing company, unless the issue is related to transportation or improper storage.

Returns of Defective Products

• Returns are accepted within 10 business days from receipt and only for defective products.
• The product must not have been used.
• The packaging must be in its original condition.
• The details (serial/LOT number) must match the original order.

***Note: For personal hygiene products (e.g., vibrators, sex toys), returns are not accepted after use for hygiene reasons, even if there is a technical issue.

Returns of Non-Defective Products

• Allowed within 14 business days from receipt.
• The packaging must not have been opened or tampered with.
• All accompanying items must be present and intact.

Procedure & Charges

• Pack the product in a protective box.
• Provide the receipt and accompanying documents.
• Send it to the address that will be provided, with the return shipping initially covered by the Company.

Exclusive Responsibility of the User/Consumer
